Tom Sarig has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Tom is currently the Founder and Chief Growth Officer of AntiFragile Music since 2017. Prior to that, they founded and served as the Chief of Strategy and Marketing at Esther Creative Group LLC, where they managed and guided the careers of numerous artists. Sarig also co-founded Evident Brand Acceleration, specializing in brand development and strategy. Tom served as the President and Chief of Product and Strategy at Siku Vodka and has co-founded The Shortlist Organization. Sarig has also held executive positions at Universal Music Group and TVT Records in the Artists & Repertoire department. Tom started their career as an International Tax Specialist at Deloitte.
Tom Sarig has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland. Tom also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
