Berge started their career as a Junior Consultant at McKinsey & Company. Fridtjof then became the Head of e-commerce at Why Not As, where they helped grow the company's online presence. In 2015, they joined Global Fashion Group as an employee #3 in the newly established marketplace division. There, they were responsible for a team optimizing the fee structure and designing the seller rating function. The marketplace grew from 4% to ~20% of the total business during their employment period.
