Lavanya Indralingam

Lavanya Indralingam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and communications. Currently serving as a Partner and Global Head of Scouting at Antler since 2019, Lavanya leads scouting strategy and operations across global funds. Previous roles include Associate Partner on the Nordic fund partner team and Senior Director at Katapult, where Lavanya directed operations and communications for a global impact investment fund. Earlier career highlights include General Manager at Tryable, Head of Communications for the International Water Grid, and Account Manager at Text100. Lavanya's educational background includes a BA in Public Relations from Hawaii Pacific University and completion of the American Degree Transfer Program at Taylor's University.
