Marcelo Alé (马徐行) is a seasoned advisor and investor with extensive experience in technology and e-grocery sectors. Currently serving as a Limited Partner and Advisor at Antler since August 2019 and as a Venture Partner at Black Nova Venture Capital from March 2025, Marcelo specializes in early-stage startup investment and business model advising. As the founder of Episteme Consulting and a consultant focused on e-grocery and online food logistics since April 2015, Marcelo aids food retailers in Europe and Asia in implementing innovative and financially viable projects.
