Vegard Medbo

Vegard Medbo is a Norwegian business executive who currently serves as the co-founder and chief commercial officer of Antler, a global startup generator and early-stage venture capital firm. Prior to joining Antler, Medbo worked as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company, where they helped some of the world's largest energy companies be smarter about their data. Vegard also worked on several M&A projects in the energy space. Medbo began their career as an intern at McKinsey & Company in 2011 before moving on to become a coastal ranger for the Norwegian Armed Forces from 2005 to 2007.

Vegard Medbo has a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Vegard also did an exchange in Industrial Engineering at the University of Buenos Aires.
