Antleron
Maarten Sonnaert serves as COO and ATMP Bioprocess Architect at Antleron since January 2016, focusing on advancing the development of next-generation therapies and medical devices by coordinating R&D teams and projects. Prior to this role, Maarten Sonnaert held positions at KU Leuven as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Ph.D. student, contributing to the Prometheus Division of Skeletal Tissue Engineering, which involves fundamental science and clinical applications in bone tissue engineering. Additional experience includes an assistant lecturer role at Group-T, University College Leuven, and an internship at Octane Orthobiologics in Canada. Maarten Sonnaert earned a Ph.D. in Engineering Science and a Master's degree in Biochemistry from KU Leuven and Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven, respectively.
