With a background in engineering and economics, Maximiliano has worked for companies like Antofagasta Minerals, Codelco, and Cambior Inc. Their roles have included overseeing prefeasibility and feasibility studies, financial management, and contract management for various mining development projects. Maximiliano has also been responsible for project controls during the execution phase of underground mining projects. In addition, Maximiliano has received additional training in business management, leadership, effective communication, and human relations.
