The family office space is one of the most distinct areas in the recruiting world.

When working on behalf of high-net-worth families, a specialized skill set is not just necessary; it’s essential to meet the specific needs of the principals.

Recruiting at this level carries immense responsibility and must be handled with the utmost care, confidentiality and precision.

At Anton Everest, we specialize in uncovering exceptional talent that others believe can’t be found.

Leveraging our extensive global network and deep industry expertise, we identify transformative leaders from hidden talent pools within the family office space.
