As the Director of Design, Growth & Operations at Antonia Saint NY since August 2017, Argentina leads financial monitoring, strategic planning, and creative direction, while managing multiple departments. Argentina founded Better Agency Co in March 2000, providing consulting services and promoting brands for startups and established companies. Additionally, Argentina founded Mix'd Roots and successfully completed an exit after operating the cocktail mixer company. Previous roles include founding QNS Collective, serving as a Consultant Interactive Creative Director at Vivaro Corporation, and leading creative print production at Graphic Productions.
