Cecilia Luciano has worked in a variety of roles in the engineering field since 2017. In 2017, they were a Summer Research Student at the University of Miami College of Engineering, working with Dr. Sung Hee Joo on a project to design and develop a pilot-scale application of shotblast dust for phosphorus removal from water. Cecilia was also a Science and Mathematics Tutor at the Silver Oak Learning Center in 2018. In 2018, they began a Graduate Student role at Stanford University School of Engineering. In 2019, they returned to Antora Energy as an Engineering Intern, where they contributed to the ground-up development and operation of a thermophotovoltaic (TPV) cell efficiency measurement system, achieving a world-record 30% TPV efficiency measurement. Cecilia is currently in a Module Development & Test Engineer role at Antora Energy, which they began in 2020.
Cecilia Luciano began their educational journey at North Hunterdon High School, graduating in 2014. Cecilia then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at the University of Miami, graduating in 2018. In 2017, they took part in a Study Abroad program at the University of Sydney. After graduating from the University of Miami, Cecilia Luciano continued their education at Stanford University, where they are currently enrolled.
