Carl-Johan Hamilton

Carl-Johan Hamilton is the Co-Founder of Ants - Tech Recruiters, a specialist Tech recruitment company, since 2008. Carl-Johan is also the Co-Founder of Ants Executive Search, a company specializing in executive recruitment for digital transformations, starting in 2022. Additionally, they have experience as a physical trainer for Gӧta Tranebergs Hockeylag pojkar 09 and has served as a Board Member for Svenskt Nӓringsliv, the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise. Carl-Johan has also been involved with Ung Fӧretagsamhet Stockholmsregionen and Almega as a member of their election committees. Furthermore, they have been a Board Member and Chairman of the IT Skills Council for TechSverige. Carl-Johan has hosted a podcast called Techrekpodden and been a member of Founders Alliance. Lastly, they have held positions as Captain and Board Member for Stiftelsen Svenska Kryssarklubbens Seglarskola.

Carl-Johan Hamilton began their education in 1999 at Uppsala University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Engineering Physics in 2002. In 2001, they also attended the Texas McCombs School of Business, focusing on Human Resources, as well as The University of Texas at Austin, where they pursued studies in Applied Mathematics.
