Caroline Kylbergh

Caroline Kylbergh is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and volunteer management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Ants Tech Recruiters since September 2024, Caroline previously held roles as a Volunteer Coordinator and Project Coordinator at Min Stora Dag, where responsibilities included managing 250 volunteers and organizing meetings nationwide.
