Emil Oskarsson

Emil Oskarsson's work experience starts in 2017 as a Terminalarbetare at PostNord TPL AB. In 2019, they worked as a Supplemental Instruction Leader and a Student at Högskolan i Halmstad. From June 2022 to September 2022, Emil was a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Assignment) at AutoConcept Insurance AB, handling requirements, job ads, sourcing, phone interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process. Emil also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Assignment) at Informationsgruppen i Sverige AB from June 2022 to September 2022. Emil then served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Assignment) at Recycla.se from September 2022 to December 2022, and at PromoSoft AB from September 2022 to January 2023, where they coordinated the recruitment process and worked closely with the CEOs and CTOs. Emil Oskarsson completed their Bachelor's degree in Arbetsvetenskap from Halmstad University between 2019 and 2022. Prior to that, they attended Sunnerbogymnasiet from 2014 to 2017, where they pursued the Ekonomiprogrammet. In addition, Emil received certification in "Online psychometric tests and questionnaires for selection and development; ADEPT-15, shapes, views, scales and mapTQ" from Aon Assessment Sverige (f.d. cut-e) in March 2021.
