Louise Wernblom

Louise Wernblom has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Louise started their career as an Administrative Assistant at IKEM - Innovations- och kemiindustrierna i Sverige from June 2013 to July 2014. After that, they worked as a Butiksbiträde at Lisbeth Janson Frukt och grönt AB from September 2014 to April 2015.

In 2019, Louise worked as a Bartender at Boulebar Sverige AB from January to August. Following this, they took on the role of Bakfickanchef at Stockholms Nation, Uppsala, where they were responsible for managing the staff and operations from January 2021 to January 2022.

From there, Louise transitioned to the tech industry as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Ants Tech Recruiters from February 2022, specializing in IT and engineering recruitments. Louise also had multiple short-term roles as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Acne Studios AB, ASSA ABLOY Group, and Hantverksdata Sverige AB within the same year.

In November 2022, Louise joined MSAB, a leading company in mobile forensics, as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. Currently, they continue their career as a Talent Acquisition Consultant (from Ants) at Svensk Travsport, the main organization for Swedish harness racing, which focuses on leading, organizing, and developing the sport.

Throughout their career, Louise has gained valuable experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within various industries, including technology, fashion, hospitality, and retail.

Louise Wernblom obtained their Kandidatexamen in Handelsrätt from Uppsala University between 2016 and 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Gymnasium in Natur/samhällskunskap at Hersby Gymnasium from 2011 to 2014. Their education journey began at Carlssons Skola, where they completed their Grundskola education from 2001 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certification from Techrek Academy at Ants Tech Recruiters in February 2023.
