Sophie Sundberg

Sophie Sundberg has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Sophie began their career in 2009 at ICA as a Butiksbiträde. In 2011, they joined Mio AB as a Säljare/Reklamationsansvarig and stayed with the company until 2016.

From 2015 to 2016, Sophie worked as an Intern-Researcher at Head Agent, an Executive Search company specializing in middle management and higher positions within marketing, sales, and business development.

In 2016, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition Consultant (assignment) at various companies including Lexplore, Com Hem AB, Decerno AB, and Skandia Norden.

In 2017, Sophie joined Ants Tech Recruiters as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and later became the People and Talent Manager, responsible for the agile hiring process and ensuring recruitment procedures were efficient. Sophie also worked closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop employer branding strategies. In 2019, they were promoted to Head of Talent and Employer Branding.

In 2020, Sophie had a temporary assignment as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Fyndiq. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Ants Executive Search as an Executive Recruitment Manager. Sophie Sundberg completed their education from 2007 to 2010 at Danderyds Gymnasium, where they pursued a field of study focused on Samhällsvetenskap Internationell (Social Science with an International Focus). Later, from 2012 to 2016, they attended Örebro University, where they obtained a degree in Kandidatexamen Personalvetare (Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development).
