Bhupendra P. has over 25 years of work experience in various engineering roles. Bhupendra started their career as a Design Engineer at Banco Products (India) Ltd in 1992, where they managed the R&D activities and designed radiators, heaters, and coolers for the automobile industry. Bhupendra then moved on to Toppack Industries (India) in 1994 as an Engineering Manager, where they optimized manufacturing costs, improved outputs, and achieved quality approval from third-party inspection companies.

In 1996, Bhupendra joined Antunes as a Project Engineer, managing $20.0 million projects and implementing lean operations to enhance performance and reduce manufacturing costs. Bhupendra gradually advanced within the company and became the Engineering Manager in 2006. In this role, they led the development and quality control of commercial cooking equipment for the QSR industry, implemented lean initiatives for sheet metal fabrication and assembly departments, and optimized warranty costs and liability claims.

In 2012, Bhupendra advanced to the position of Director of Engineering at Antunes, where they managed a team of 24 personnel and led cross-functional teams driving over $100 million in revenue for the commercial launch of custom equipment in restaurants. Bhupendra also managed patent and intellectual property.

Most recently, Bhupendra has served as the Vice President of Engineering at Antunes since September 2017. In this position, they provide visions and guidance to engineering product development processes, sets up partnerships with technology companies, and implements engineering strategies and procedures for new product development.
