Natalia Munina started their education at Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI" in 2001 and completed their Engineer's Degree in Quality management systems in 2007. In 2014, they underwent professional retraining at Saint Petersburg State University of Economics, specializing in Marketing/Marketing Management.

In 2019, Natalia enrolled in EC Utbildning for a course in Mjukvarutesting (Software Testing), which they completed in 2020. During the same period, they also attended CodeGym to gain practical knowledge in Java.

Natalia has obtained several certifications throughout their education and career. In 2011, they received a certification in Business Administration in the field of Human Resources from St. Petersburg Business School. In 2017, they became a Google Certified Educator Level 1. Most recently, in 2020, they achieved the Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification from the SSTB, Swedish Software Testing Board.
