Arindam Saha

Researcher Phd Candidate

Arindam Saha is currently a PhD candidate and researcher at The Australian National University since November 2021, focusing on simplified reinforcement learning methods for physical systems and experimental cold atomic systems for optical information processing and quantum memory applications. In addition, Arindam serves as a visiting researcher at UNSW, working on high-efficiency auto-tuning of Silicon Quantum Dots. Previous experience includes a research fellowship at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, where experiments for quantum state tomography were designed and automated, and a research internship at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, specializing in theoretical studies of transitionless quantum driving. Arindam holds a Master of Science in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Presidency University, Kolkata. Additionally, Arindam has pursued photography since January 2012.
