Associate Director (research) ANU Grand Challenge - Zero-carbon Energy For The Asia-pacific

Emma Aisbett is a seasoned academic with a focus on law and transdisciplinary research, currently serving as an Associate Professor at ANU College of Law since May 2022. Aisbett has held the position of Associate Director (Research) for the ANU Grand Challenge - Zero-Carbon Energy for the Asia-Pacific and leads transdisciplinary research within this initiative since October 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Research Fellow at CSRM ANU and a Junior Professor at the University of Hamburg. Aisbett has been a lecturer at the Australian National University and completed a PhD in Economics at the University of California, Berkeley, where studies took place from 2001 to 2007, following an MSc in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from UNSW.
