Friederike Gadow

Friederike Gadow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, research, and policy development focused on inclusive education and disability services. Currently serving as a Senior Project Officer at The Australian National University, Friederike manages projects within the Respectful Relationships Unit and Accessibility and Employability. Previous roles include co-leading research initiatives at the Centre for Disability Studies, where significant contributions included the development of the uni 2 beyond program aimed at fostering inclusive tertiary education for individuals with intellectual disabilities. As a founding member of the uni 2 beyond Foundation, Friederike has played a key role in driving inclusive practices, securing funding, and overseeing various research and consultancy projects. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Disability Studies from the University of Sydney and a Magister Artium from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
