Joseph Brock is an accomplished academic and researcher specializing in synthetic biology and biological chemistry. Currently serving as an Associate Investigator at the ARC Centre of Excellence in Synthetic Biology and a Lecturer at The Australian National University, Joseph has played a significant role as the Co-chair of the Australasian SynBio Challenge since 2019, dedicated to nurturing future advancements in synthetic biology in Australia. Prior research experience includes a position at Stockholm University focusing on membrane protein structure and function, as well as serving as a Principal Investigator and Postdoctoral Researcher at Karolinska Institutet.
