Rushikesh Dharmale

Rushikesh Dharmale is currently the General Manager of National Placements at Anudip Foundation since February 2025. Prior to this role, Rushikesh held various positions at EduBridge Learning Pvt. Ltd. from August 2011 to January 2025, including General Manager of Placements and Business Service, as well as Senior Manager for Zonal and Regional Placements. Rushikesh has extensive experience in managing placements across multiple states, overseeing a significant number of centres, and handling corporate relations. With a proven track record of successfully placing over 1,500 candidates in the BFSI, IT/ITES, and Retail sectors, Rushikesh has also created innovative placement approaches and actively contributed to skills training initiatives. Educational qualifications include a PGDBA in Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from PVPP.
