Elsa Chi Abruzzo, RAC, FRAPS has worked in the medical device industry since 1988. From 1988 to 1992 they worked in various roles at Cordis JNJ. From 1992 to 1997 they worked as the Director of Regulatory at CryoLife, Inc. From 1997 to 2002 they worked as the Senior Director Regulatory, Clinical and Quality at Percutaneous Valve Technologies, which was acquired by Edwards Lifesciences. From 2002 to 2004 they worked as the Vice President Regulatory and Clinical at AtriCure, Inc. From 2004 to 2008 they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at ArthroMeda, Inc. From 2008 to 2011 they worked as the Principal and Founder at Cygnus Regulatory, LLC. From 2011 to 2018 they worked as the Vice President Regulatory and Clinical Affairs at Alcyone Lifesciences, Inc., and the Vice President Regulatory and Clinical at PTS Diagnostics. From 2018 to present they have been the CEO & President, Member Board of Directors, General Manager and Vice President Regulatory, Clinical and Quality at Anuncia Inc.

Elsa Chi Abruzzo obtained their Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Miami in 1988. In 1992, they earned their Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certifications from the American Society of Quality (ASQ). In December 2019, they obtained their RAC-US certification from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS).
