In 2019, they were a Finance Analyst Accountant at Advantage Rent A Car. In 2020, they were Manager, Data Analytics & Finance at Asurion. Currently, they are FP&A Manager at Anuvia Plant Nutrients.

Francis Polaczek holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Governors University and a Master of Business Administration in IT Management from the same institution.
