Norm Davy

Norm Davy has over 20 years of experience in the agricultural industry. In 1998, they began their career as the Marketing and Distribution Manager for LIMAGRAIN Canada Seeds. Norm then moved on to Monsanto in 1999, where they served as a Business Team Leader for two years. In 2003, they became the Director of the Pacific North Division for Agrotain International. In 2009, they were appointed Senior Vice President - NAFTA & Australia for GEOSYS. In 2014, they became the Chief Marketing Officer for Eco Agro Resources, LLC. In 2015, they were appointed Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Mavrx Inc., where they were responsible for a platform driving the next revolution in farm efficiency. In 2016, they joined Anuvia Plant Nutrients as Vice President Sales - Agriculture. In 2019, they were appointed Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for Heliae. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Senior Vice President at Anuvia - Canada.

Norm Davy received their Diploma in Agriculture from the University of Manitoba in 1985-1987. Norm then attended Assiniboine Community College and obtained an Associate's Degree in Certificate in Management from 1989-1992. Following this, they attended Brandon University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies from 1992-1994. Norm then attended the University of Manitoba and obtained an Associate's Degree in Certificate in Quality Assurance Management from 1996-1997. Finally, they attended the University of Guelph and earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration - Food and Agribusiness from 2003-2005.
