Blair Blackmon, PMP, SMC, is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in overseeing large-scale projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. Currently at Anuvu since February 2016, Blair has previously held similar senior project management roles at Trax USA Corp from June 2005 to February 2016. Blair's background includes defining and implementing standard operating procedures to mitigate risks while maintaining high-quality standards. Additionally, Blair's career began with a fast-track promotion to Technical Support Lead, responsible for managing and training a team of technical support staff.
