Hessel Neumann is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience at ANVA since January 1996, where responsibilities have included working with Cobol and JAVA on backend systems, serving as a product owner in SCRUM environments, and managing projects under Prince II and RUP methodologies. Notable achievements include leading the euro conversion project, which impacted a significant market share in the Netherlands. Prior to ANVA, Hessel Neumann held positions in automation and information management at Trouw diervoeders and gained programming experience at Van Gelder Informatica.
