Ricardo Piqué

Ricardo Piqué serves as the HR Manager at ANVA since May 2022, leading a seven-member team focused on Talent Acquisition, People Development, Employer Branding, and the Employee Journey, while also managing the hospitality team. Previously, Ricardo worked as an HR Business Partner at Smurfit Kappa from September 2017 to April 2022, where expertise was applied to implement strategic initiatives within the Operational Management Team. Ricardo's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and is currently pursuing a HBO Post-Bachelor degree in Psychology at NCOI Opleidingen.
