Wessel Baay is a seasoned Frontend Developer with significant experience across various organizations, currently employed at ANVA since October 2022. Previously, Wessel held frontend development roles at a.s.r from February to September 2022 and at the Ministerie van Defensie from October 2020 to January 2022, where Wessel advanced to Lead Front-End in a DEVOPS team. Prior experience includes working at Incentro from September 2017 to October 2020, developing custom user interfaces for multiple clients, and early roles as an intern in visual arts and compositing. Wessel's technical expertise encompasses technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, NodeJS, and more, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Animation 3D from HKU and an MBO in Animatie/Audio Visueel from Grafisch Lyceum Utrecht.
