James Lawler

James Lawler is an experienced professional currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Anvil Capture Systems since January 2024, focusing on provable and scalable carbon dioxide removal solutions. In April 2024, James will take on the role of Executive Director at SRM360.org, an upcoming non-profit dedicated to sunlight reflection methods. As the Founder of Climate Now since December 2020 and Blue Engine since June 2022, James has been instrumental in developing initiatives aimed at sustainable outcomes and informed climate discussions. Previously, James was the CEO and Founder of Osmosis Films, a creative agency acquired by Ruder Finn in 2020, and worked as a Trader at Merrill Lynch and an Assistant at Scott Rudin Productions. James holds a degree from Harvard University, obtained in 2005.
