Vicky Zien

Vicky Zien is the Owner and Chief Culture and Community Advocate at AleSmith Brewing Company, a position held since January 2012. Under Vicky's leadership, AleSmith Brewing Company focuses on creating high-quality beer while fostering an appreciation for craft beer among customers. In addition to this role, Vicky serves as Co-Founder and President of Anvil of Hope, a non-profit organization established in 2020 alongside Peter Zien. Anvil of Hope is dedicated to supporting at-risk youth, low-income families, and individuals facing homelessness or temporary hardships within the San Diego community and beyond.
