Ted Smits

Ted Smits is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the security and compliance industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Anvil Secure since June 2025, Ted focuses on providing manual testing services and fostering a people-first culture. Prior to this role, Ted held multiple positions at NCC Group between February 2019 and June 2025, including Global Account Manager and Enterprise Account Manager, contributing to the firm's security assurance services. From February 2015 to February 2019, Ted was involved in business development at Drummond Group, LLC, specializing in compliance and risk assessment services.
