Beth Coady Forbes, PMP, serves as the Managing Director and Head of Strategy for Morningstar Credit, where efforts focus on empowering credit market decision makers through advanced data and analytics. Forbes has held various leadership roles within Morningstar, including Senior Product Manager for DBRS Morningstar, overseeing product integration and the CMBS monitoring tool. Previous experience includes key positions at Situs, Ventras Capital Advisors, and Capmark, specializing in credit analysis and asset management for commercial real estate and structured credit products. An alumnus of Villanova University and Cornell University, Forbes also contributes as a Director on the Board of DealX following Morningstar's full acquisition of the company.
