Saifur Rahman

Saifur Rahman currently serves as the Deputy Manager of Group HR & Recruitment at Anwar Group of Industries since April 2023. Prior to this, Saifur held various roles at Walton Group from March 2014 to March 2023, including Deputy Director of HR & Admin and Incharge of Recruitment & Documentation, with a focus on optimizing recruitment processes and enhancing employer branding. Previous experience includes positions such as Sr. Assistant Director of HRM, Assistant Director of HRM, and Senior Principal Officer of HRM at Walton Group, along with roles at East Coast Group of Companies and Quality Feeds Limited. Saifur holds an MBA in HRM from Southeast University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Compliance Management from the Bangladesh Institute of Human Resource Management. Educational credentials also include a Bachelor of Commerce from Government Titumir College and an HSC from Tejgaon College.
