Shel Banks

Shel Banks is a Baby Friendly Co-ordinator at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, implementing UNICEF Baby Friendly accreditation. In addition, Shel works as a Research Assistant on Cochrane Systematic Reviews on Infantile Colic, serves as the Vice Chair at UKAMB UK Association for Milk Banking, and is the Clinical Director at LatchAid. As an IBCLC Infant Feeding Specialist at Shel Banks IBCLC, Shel runs a private practice. With a background in business management studies, Shel has also worked with organizations like Babyem, NICE, and GOLD Learning Online Education. Currently pursuing a Master of Philosophy in Infant Nutrition and Nurture.
