Robert Bode CA(SA) has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Robert started their career as a tutor at Master Maths and the University of the Free State, where they taught and mentored students in financial accounting and taxation. Robert then worked as a junior lecturer at the University of the Free State, contributing to research and accounting standards.

In 2014, Robert joined PwC South Africa as a Senior Associate, gaining experience in assurance/audit, accounting, and taxation across several industries. Robert also had brief experience as an Acting Financial Accountant at Tshipi e Ntle Manganese Mining.

Robert returned to PwC as a Manager in 2016, specializing in technology, information communication, entertainment, media, hospitality, gaming, and leisure industries. Robert was responsible for providing services to TICE companies in South Africa and globally.

In 2018, Robert joined CGES as a Business and Financial Executive, focusing on special projects and providing analysis for strategic decisions. Robert held various roles, including Group Chief Financial Officer and Business Unit Executive.

Currently, Robert is the Chief Financial Officer at ANYBODIES, where they oversee financial operations and strategic planning. Robert previously served as the Global Group Financial Manager.

Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, asset management, corporate management, and budgetary decision-making.

Robert Bode CA(SA) pursued their education at various institutions. Robert began their academic journey at Northern Cape High School, where they completed their Matric qualification from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they attended the University of the Free State from 2009 to 2012, obtaining a degree in B.ACC(Cum Laude) with a focus on the CA Stream. Robert furthered their studies at the University of Cape Town and completed a course in Property Investment and Development in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Robert has obtained several certifications. In February 2016, they received their CA(SA) designation from SAICA (South African Institute of Chartered Accountants) after completing the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). In December 2018, they completed a short course on Property Development and Investment at the University of Cape Town. Furthermore, in August 2020, they obtained certifications from the Financial Sector Conduct Authority, including RE 1 - FSP and Key Individuals (KI) and RE 5 Regulatory Examination - Representatives in all categories of FSP.
