Paata Sharikadze

Paata Sharikadze has a significant amount of experience in the banking and IT industries. Paata is currently working as a Business Analyst at AnyDesk Software. Prior to this, they held various roles at Liberty Bank, including Business and System Analysis Group Lead and Senior Business System Analyst. Paata also worked as a Business Analyst at TBC Bank and Senior Business Analyst at Bank Republic Societe Generale Group. Additionally, Paata has experience as an IT Consultant at Softgen and held multiple positions at Liberty Bank, such as Project Manager / Business Analyst, Head of Loan Division, and Head of Retail Credit Registration and Customer Database Management Division. Paata began their career at Bank of Georgia as a Microloan Officer and later became a Senior Microloan Officer and Microloan Unit Manager.

Paata Sharikadze completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Georgian Technical University between 1994 and 1998. Paata then pursued their Master's degree in Management from the same university from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, in December 2017, they obtained the SAFe PMPO certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
