Rory Faughnan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rory started their career as a Sales Assistant at Tommy Hilfiger and Brown Thomas. Rory then worked as a Sales and Accounts Administrator at Trade Band Ltd and as a Sales Manager at Xtra-vision Ltd, where they oversaw operations and managed staff. Rory also had a role as a Travelling and Volunteer work overseas for World Travel.
In 2007, Rory joined Spark New Zealand as a Store Manager and later took on the role of Key Client Manager, providing technical solutions to enterprise clients. Rory then worked as a Business Solutions Specialist at Spark Digital NZ.
Rory moved on to Konica Minolta Business Solutions New Zealand as a Corporate Account Manager, where they sold integrated solutions and managed key accounts. At TeamViewer, Rory held various positions, including Enterprise Account Manager, where they managed and maintained international key accounts. Rory also worked as an Enterprise Account Manager specializing in IoT, where they led technical strategy and customer consulting engagements.
Currently, Rory is a Channel Account Manager at AnyDesk Software.
Rory Faughnan's education history begins in 1990 when they attended Colaiste Eoin, where they did not receive a degree or specify a field of study. They attended this institution until 1996. Following this, Rory attended the Institute of Education from 1996 to 1999, obtaining an Honours Leaving degree without specifying a field of study.
In 2006, Rory Faughnan studied at FETAC, Ireland, where they obtained a degree in Management Level 6 with a distinction. This educational experience took place during the year 2006 to 2007.
In addition to their formal education, Rory received additional certifications. In 2013, they completed the MBTI® Basics and MBTI® Type at Work courses, offered by The Myers & Briggs Foundation. In 2010, Rory obtained a certification in Whole Brain Technology® from Herrmann International New Zealand.
