Lindsay Loeffler

Lindsay Loeffler has a diverse range of work experience. Lindsay started their career in 2005 as a Human Resources Coordinator at Cranium, Inc. Lindsay then worked at barre3 as an Operations Manager, where they successfully expanded the business to five locations and managed daily operations, marketing, and HR for over 40 studio managers and instructors. Lindsay later joined the Burning Man Project, initially as a People Ops Administrative Associate, then as a People Operations Coordinator, and finally as a People Partner. In these roles, they managed full-cycle recruiting, optimized hiring processes, facilitated training sessions, and served as a subject matter expert for people operations. Lindsay's most recent experience includes working at Plastiq as both a Recruiter and a Senior Recruiter, where they contributed to the development of the smart payment platform. Lindsay is currently employed at Anyscale as a Senior Recruiter.

Lindsay Loeffler obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Washington, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they acquired a certification as a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter from ADP in June 2022.
