Lou Serlenga

Lou Serlenga currently serves as the Head of Alliances and Partnerships at Anyscale since May 2025 and is an Advisory Board Member at Sales Community since March 2022. Previously, Lou held the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Bitsight from April 2024 to May 2025, where a strategic shift to a sales-driven culture was implemented, along with oversight of global go-to-market initiatives. Lou was also Chief Revenue Officer at Nile from January 2022 to April 2024, focusing on revenue growth and market strategy. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Americas Sales at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, from July 2016 to September 2022, managing a $2 billion revenue stream. Lou holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance and Marketing from Drexel University and an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
