Randy Maquilla has over 9 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2020, they were appointed as Director of Software Development at Anytime Mailbox, where they work with the CTO to build the Tech department program roadmap and budget. From 2016 to 2020, they held various roles at The Louis Berger Group, Inc., including Applications Development Manager and Project Manager. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as Senior Project Manager at AIG Shared Services, Project Manager / Business Analyst at Seven Seven Global Services Incorporated - Deutsche Bank, and Business Analyst at ANZ Global Services and Operations (Manila), Inc. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Senior Process Improvement Specialist at Global Payments Process Centre, Inc.

Randy Maquilla obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from AMA Computer University in the Philippines between 1997 and 2002. In 2015, they earned their Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2020, they obtained their Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org.
