Phil Rawlings

Phil Rawlings currently serves as President of AnyWeather, a multi-trade company catering to businesses and homeowners in Greater Cincinnati since 2024. Previously, Phil held the position of Vice President Sales and Law Enforcement at Springfield Armory, Inc. from 2021 to 2024. Phil's extensive experience in sales leadership spans over a decade at Smith & Wesson, where roles included Director of Sales, North American Sales Manager for Thompson Center Arms, and National Account Manager. Earlier in their career, Phil was the Regional Field Supervisor for The National Wild Turkey Federation, overseeing operations in the Kentucky/Tennessee region, and served as a Conservation Officer at the Kentucky Department of Fish & Wildlife Resources. Phil Rawlings earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Northern Kentucky University between 1992 and 1995.
