Caitlin Spikes currently serves as an Associate Application Support and has previously held roles as a Product Operations Specialist and Product Specialist at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. since August 2021. Prior experience includes a Marketing Specialist position at Coldwell Banker United, Realtors, and a Marketing Director role at GRACO Real Estate Development, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed creating marketing packages and managing website and CRM content. Caitlin also contributed as a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Primewest Mortgage Corp., successfully enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction, and held positions as a Digital Media Producer at Texas Tech Public Media and a Media and Internet Specialist at Century 21 John Walton Realtors. Caitlin's early career featured internships at Elements Offshore, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Lubbock Symphony Orchestra, and YWCA of Lubbock. Caitlin holds a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication and a Bachelor’s Degree in Media and Communications from Texas Tech University.
