John Nielsen

John Nielsen serves as the Senior Manager of SOX & Special Projects at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. since March 2010, where responsibilities include managing the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 compliance program for the company. Previously, John held a similar role as Sr. Manager SOX and Special Projects at Realogy Holdings Corp. from March 2010 to January 2023, overseeing testing, reporting, and remediation efforts for the NRT and RFG business divisions. Prior to that, John spent a decade at Sony Electronics Inc., initially as Manager of Compliance, where John led the annual SOX compliance testing program, and as Process Documentation Lead, developing essential documentation for the SOX implementation project. John's career began in financial planning and analysis as a Sr. Financial Analyst within the Corporate Finance department. John holds an MBA in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
