Jonathan Spence

Jonathan Spence is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Leads Education and Coaching at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. since March 2021, Jonathan previously held roles as Relocation Director and Realtor at Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate from July 2019 to March 2021 and July 2012 to March 2021, respectively. Jonathan has also contributed to youth services and behavioral healthcare, holding various positions including Risk Management Coordinator and Recovery Support Counselor. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts from the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota.
