Kristin Aerts Bourgoin

Kristin Aerts Bourgoin currently serves as the General Manager and Vice President of Anywhere Leads at Anywhere Real Estate Inc., where Kristin leads a team of senior leaders overseeing various functions, including Business Development and Marketing, within a network of 500 brokers and 8,000 certified agents. Previous to Realogy, Kristin contributed to healthcare consulting at Providence Health & Services, achieving notable cost savings, and began a career with positions in strategy and analysis at Camber Collective and Group Health Cooperative. Kristin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sales from the University of Washington.
