Matthew Timmons is a financial analyst currently working in the Financial Leadership Program at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. since June 2022, where involvement includes rotations in Coldwell Banker Realty Finance, AIS Finance, and FP&A – Shared Services. Prior experience includes serving as an Acquisitions and Underwriting Intern at Last Mile Investments, focusing on market research and investment package preparation for the retail real estate sector. Matthew also completed a Finance Internship at Electrada, assisting in data processing and corporate finance tasks to support strategic decision-making. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Cincinnati, earned in 2022.
