Ben Kelleher currently holds the position of Chief Risk Officer at ANZ, a role started in April 2024. Prior to this, Kelleher served as Managing Director of Personal Banking at ANZ from July 2019 to March 2023 and held various leadership roles within ANZ and ANZ NZ, including General Manager for Auckland, Northland and Migrant Banking, Head of Private Banking, and Head of Strategy. Kelleher began a career in project and program management with the New Zealand Ministry of Justice and held contract roles at Royal Bank of Scotland and Air New Zealand. Kelleher's early career includes experience as an investment banking analyst at JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs. Kelleher holds a Master's degree in Management Studies with a focus on Finance and Economics from The University of Waikato and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
