Cheryl Downes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and testing management across various industries. Currently serving as Test Director at ANZ since October 2023, Cheryl has previously held senior roles including Senior Delivery Consultant at CPT Global and Head of Quality (International) at Civica International. Cheryl's expertise encompasses establishing quality practices, full lifecycle test delivery management, and driving continuous improvement in agile environments. With a strong educational background, including a Graduate Certificate in Internet and Web Computing and a Grad Dip in Organisational Psychology, Cheryl is recognized for implementing effective test strategies, quality coaching, and managing complex projects in organizations such as Telstra and National Australia Bank.
