Elisa Clements

Elisa Clements is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Group Executive Talent and Culture at ANZ since March 2014, Elisa has held various leadership roles within the company, including General Manager for the Institutional Division and Head of Human Resources for Corporate and Commercial Banking. Prior to ANZ, Elisa worked in multiple HR roles at organizations such as Toyota and GSK, beginning career as a Human Resources Advisor at Smith & Nephew. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Employee & Industrial Relations from Monash University and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Deakin University, along with professional training in Human Resources from the Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK.
